Professional Experience

Terri Kelly has more than 20 years’ experience as a Learning and Development leader, and Culture and Talent Development expert. She has partnered with Human Resources and Operations Leaders in the banking, hospitality, and home-building industries to develop programs to build the capability necessary to deliver company strategy.

In her current role as Senior Learning and Development Manager, Terri leads the Employee Engagement initiatives aimed at creating a Great Place to Work and achieving World-Class employee engagement. She also coaches executives, managers, and teams and partners with Human Resources Generalists to support the delivery of end-to-end talent/succession mapping and accelerate development and readiness for critical positions.
