Numerous performance gaps arise from a lack of workplace guidance. Electronic performance support systems (EPSS) enable OPWL practitioners to provide such guidance at the time and in the form that users need it. Join us as two-time ISPI award winner and OPWL graduate Dan Hardin describes the creation of the Checklist Generator. This EPSS helps fishing vessel owners and operators to prepare their vessels for a U.S. Coast Guard examination. During his time with us, Dan will discuss the HPT process for creating this EPSS:
- Performance analysis.
- EPSS creation and implementation.
- Evaluation and organizational impact.
