Pat Ferrell is a Senior Consultant with Sequent Consulting based in Columbus Ohio. She began her consulting career with Accenture Consulting, specializing in helping retail organization with Business Readiness, Change Enablement and Learning solutions. Pat has worked on projects for Estee Lauder, Coach, Ulta Cosmetics, Giant Eagle, Belk Department Stores, Sterling Jewelers (Kay, Jared and Zales), and VF Corporation (parent company of Timberland, North Face and Seven for All Mankind brands).
Her background includes 20+ years in retailing, first as a store manager for JoAnn Fabrics, and later as a Buyer for Federated Department Stores and Macys’. Pat’s transition from retail buying to consulting occurred when she was asked to stand up a training department focused on the learning needs of the Merchant, Planning and Pricing teams at a national retailer. At that time she earned her Master’s Degree in Instructional and Performance Technology through Boise State’s online program.
Pat lives outside of Charlotte NC with her husband Chucks and 4 giant-breed rescue dogs. She is active in a number of animal welfare groups, including rescue transport to help dogs like this one get out of high-kill shelters and to their forever homes.
