OPWL Programs

The OPWL graduate programs help individuals acquire a broad range of knowledge and skills required to identify, analyze, and solve a variety of human organizational performance problems in diverse settings. In these programs, students learn how to think strategically and design interventions that will address all of the factors required to achieve the desired results.

A master of science degree in Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning
(intended to prepare students for careers in the areas of instructional design, training and development, e-learning, workplace performance improvement, organizational development, program evaluation, and performance consulting.)
A graduate certificate in Workplace Performance Improvement (WPI)
(designed for individuals who wish to develop skills in diagnosing and solving performance problems in the workplace.)
A graduate certificate in Workplace E-Learning and Performance Support (WELPS)
(designed for individuals who wish to develop skills in developing and managing e-learning and performance support in the workplace)
A graduate certificate in Workplace Instructional Design (WIDe)
(emphasizes the knowledge and skills required to create instructional programs designed to improve employee productivity. )
