Patrick Brown has more than 30 years’ experience in managing multi-million dollar performance improvement and engineering programs that involve the use of technology to enhance process improvement and productivity. Programs range from researching distance-learning infrastructure and delivery alternatives to developing large-scale networked information management systems. Pat is proficient in needs assessment, Instructional Systems Development (ISD), Human Performance Technology (HPT), human factors and ergonomics, web-based and information technology, educational research and evaluation, and business process reengineering. He was a distance learning adjunct professor with Boise State University teaching graduate courses on HPT. Pat is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
