Mr. Scott has a Master of Science degree in Instructional and Performance Technology, a Graduate Certificate in Human Performance Technology, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Social Science, all from Boise State University.
Mr. Scott has been a member of the graduate adjunct faculty in the OPWL department at Boise State University since 2013. He has held a wide variety of positions in the private sector, including positions in human resources, training, operations management, and industrial engineering. He is currently Executive Vice President of Human Resource and Performance in the wireless retail industry. While Mr. Scott has worked in a wide range of areas with organizational and personal development, his greatest interest is in how to develop effective organizational system structure to support strong culture and high performance.
