Educational Background:

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in French, with a minor in Political Science, from Grove City (PA) College. I also have a Master’s of Education and a Ph.D. in Instructional Systems Design from Penn State University.

Professional Experience:

Following twelve years of high school teaching, I enrolled at Penn State for my graduate work. Following graduation, I worked as a training consultant contracted to FEMA. I also worked as a Sales Trainer for Unisys Corporation before joining the Vanguard Group, a mutual fund company, where I served as a Training Manager and Organizational Development consultant. In 2002, I started by own firm, GMB Performance Group, specializing in performance consulting and training and development.

Since 1985, I have served as both an adjunct and full-time instructor for Penn State University, the Wharton School of Business, The Fuqua School of Business (Duke University), Wilmington (DE) University, North Carolina State University,George Mason University, Old Dominion University,Purdue University and (currently) Boise State University.
