Annette Wisniewski received her Master of Science degree in Instructional and Performance Technology and her Certificate in Workplace E-Learning and Performance Support from Boise State. She also has a Bachelor of Science in Applied Computer Science from Illinois State University and a Certificate in Japanese Studies from Nanzan University in Japan.
In addition to being an adjunct faculty, Annette is an independent consultant and a founding member of the Institute for Performance Improvement. She is a performance improvement specialist and instructional designer with extensive experience in the design, development, and delivery of learning and performance solutions across industries. She works with companies ranging in size from family-owned to Fortune 100.
Annette enjoys a variety of projects, which has included designing and developing elearning courses, webinars, and multi-day workshops; conducting item-writing sessions; performing needs assessments; evaluating certification programs; and reviewing curricula.
Annette was recently appointed to ISPI’s Certification and Accreditation Governance Committee.
