Angie Wolthuis received her Master of Science degree in Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning from Boise State. She also has a Bachelor of Science in Education from Brigham Young University.
Angie started working with adult learners as a trainer for a national healthcare system. She continued with the system as a member of the Organizational Learning and Development team where she worked on asynchronous training, leadership development, employee engagement, and change management. She also acted as a resource for two local hospitals on their training and performance needs.
Currently, Angie works in the consumer packaged goods industry, where she has been since 2012. She started with her present employer as an Instructional Designer and Facilitator, and at this time serves as the Manager of Talent Management, overseeing both the talent development and talent acquisition efforts. While she enjoys all aspects of her role (including training), she is most excited when the team is able to help solve a performance issue with a non-training intervention.
